去年6月，立法院修法通過原住民禁伐補償每公頃調升至6萬元，行政院卻未於總預算中編列相關預算，直到11月朝野黨團協商時，卓榮泰院長才承諾會提追加預算，請問何時要提出？

今天，副主計長表示，目前還在彙整中。我要求副主計長轉告卓院長，承諾的事情要做到，已經過了超過半年，若連這種簽字承諾都可以跳票，誰還會相信行政院長講的話？

監察院秘書長、委員違法濫用公務車，引發輿論譁然。李鴻鈞副院長說，要立即啟動調查，但竟然要拖到7月才要開紀律委員會，如此效率真的讓不敢置信。

我也詢問監察院，有無確認過紀律委員是否曾濫用公務車？王增華代理秘書長卻說，這並非法定程序，但有相關迴避規定。我要提醒紀律委員，應該想清楚，否則到時候被揭發，將再次重創監察院的公信力。

更重要的是，紀律委員會處理的對象限於監委，那李俊俋呢？王代理秘書長卻持續跳針，無法正面回答，且3名違法濫用公務車的監委過去都曾彈劾他人濫用公務車，現在不僅繼續賴在位置上，王代理秘書長還幫忙開脫，真的令人瞠目結舌！監院秘書長、監委都有被彈劾的前例，監察院會不會官官相護，全民都在看。

In June 2024, the Legislative Yuan passed an amendment increasing compensation for the logging ban on lands reserved for Indigenous peoples to NT$60,000 per hectare. However, the Executive Yuan failed to allocate the necessary budget in the general appropriation. It was not until inter-party negotiations in November 2024 that Premier Cho Jung-tai(卓榮泰) pledged to submit a supplementary budget. The question remains: when will this budget be presented?

Today, the Deputy Minister of the Directorate General of Budget, Accounting and Statistics(行政院主計總處) stated that the matter is "still being compiled." I urge the Deputy Minister to convey a clear message to Premier Cho: a promise made must be kept. Over half a year has passed since the commitment was made. If a publicly announced pledge can be delayed or ignored, how can the public trust the Premier's word?

Meanwhile, public outrage has erupted over revelations that the Control Yuan Secretary-General and several Control Yuan members illegally used government vehicles. Control Yuan Vice President Lee Hung-chun(李鴻鈞), announced that an investigation would begin immediately. However, the Disciplinary Committee is not scheduled to convene until July 2025. Such a delayed response undermines public confidence.

I also raised whether the Control Yuan has investigated if any Disciplinary Committee members have engaged in similar misconduct. Acting Secretary-General of the Control Yuan Wang Tseng-hua(王增華) responded that, while not legally required, relevant recusal guidelines exist. I urge committee members to reflect carefully before proceeding. If their own misconduct is later uncovered, the Control Yuan's credibility will suffer irreparable harm.

Even more concerning is the Disciplinary Committee's limited jurisdiction, which covers only Control Yuan members, not the Secretary-General Lee Chun-yi(李俊俋). When pressed, Acting Secretary-General Wang repeatedly evaded the question, failing to provide a clear answer.Most astonishingly, the three Control Yuan members who misused government vehicles had previously impeached others for the same offense. Yet they remain in office, and Acting Secretary-General Wang appears to defend their actions. The hypocrisy is staggering.Given the Control Yuan's history of impeachment cases involving both its Secretary-General and members, a critical question looms: will the Control Yuan continue to shield its own? The nation is watching closely.
