#國昌質詢 原民會連續兩年編列上百萬預算進行「原住民族人口基礎資料庫規劃及建置研究」，但審計部查核發現，該計劃執行年度早已結束，根本不該有這種預算，錢到底花到哪了？ 

令人憤怒的是，今天曾智勇主委一開始還硬拗「還有些收尾工作」，扯不下去才改口「過去的編列不太妥當」，可以用幽靈計劃騙預算？

去年立法院通過三讀通過原住民族委員會組織法後，原民會發新聞稿嗆聲要提覆議、釋憲，結果覆議期限已過，至今行政院未提出，難道是卓榮泰院長不支持，所以原民會不提？還沒有決定就先嗆聲，原民會是把新聞稿當兒戲？

此外，我持續追蹤民進黨政府跳票多年集會遊行法修法進度。一如預期，劉世芳部長持續稱法案研議中，執政這麼多年過去了，到底還要研議多久？

2008年，民進黨強力批評馬政府集會遊行法保留禁制區是黑心版本，時任立委賴清德也強力主張要廢除禁制區，但內政部不僅從沒檢討過禁制區範圍，劉世芳部長更拿出一大堆理由推託，難道當初賴清德是隨便講講？民進黨的雙標與芭樂票，令人嘆為觀止！

the Council of Indigenous Peoples(原民會) allocated millions of dollars in budget for two consecutive years for the "Taiwan Indigenous Population Database Planning and Implement Research."(原住民族人口基礎資料庫規劃及建置研究) However,the National Audit Office(審計部) found that the project execution period had already ended, and such a budget should not have existed. Where did the money go?

What's infuriating is that Minister Ljaucu‧Zingrur(曾智勇) initially insisted that "there were still some finishing touches," but later changed his stance, admitting that "the previous budget allocation was inappropriate." Can a ghost program(幽靈計劃) be used to deceive the budget?

Last year, after the Legislative Yuan(立法院) passed the third reading of Organization Act of the Council of Indigenous Peoples(原住民族委員會組織法), the Council issued a press release threatening to propose a reconsideration and constitutional interpretation. However, the deadline for reconsideration has passed, and the Executive Yuan(行政院) has yet to propose it. Could it be that Premier Cho Jung-Tai(卓榮泰) does not support it, so the Council did not proceed? Issuing a press release without a decision—does the Council treat press releases as a joke?

Additionally, I have been continuously tracking the progress of the Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) government's long-overdue amendments to the the Assembly and Parade Act(集會遊行法). As expected, Minister Liu Shih-Fang(劉世芳) continues to claim that the bill is under discussion. After so many years in power, how much longer will it take to deliberate?

In 2008, the DPP strongly criticized the Ma administration's Assembly and Parade Act for retaining restricted zones, calling it a "unscrupulous version." At the time, legislator Lai Ching-Te(賴清德) strongly advocated for the abolition of restricted zones. However, the Ministry of the Interior has never reviewed the scope of restricted zones, and Minister Liu Shih-Fang has come up with numerous excuses to delay. Was Lai Ching-Te just making empty statements back then? The DPP's double standards and empty promises are truly astonishing!
