縱放綠色權貴  司法正義蕩然無存

今天早上，我才剛針對與民進黨民代關係匪淺的金融重犯鍾文智因炒作TDR遭重判，以及其涉及的詐騙犯行在我兩年前具狀檢舉後，拖延包庇迄今卻石沈大海提出質詢。

法務部部長鄭銘謙消極的態度，令人無法接受。然而，質詢結束後，傳出因為法院解除鍾文智的電子監控，以致其屬於失聯的狀態。

稍早，台北地檢署證實已對鍾文智發布通緝，人真的「啪！跑了！」。

在民進黨主政下，鍾文智已經是第N個落跑的罪犯，然而，法務部除了發新聞稿，什麼正事都沒做；至於司法院，則是把責任全都推給派出所沒有通報異常，而為什麼解除鍾文智的電子監控，完全不敢回答，簡直已經爛到骨子裡去了！

司法被民進黨踐踏至此，正義蕩然無存，有關係就沒關係，讓法律之前人人平等，淪為一場大笑話！

這件事必需要有人負責，請賴清德政府出來給人民一個交代！

Releasing the powerful elite of the DPP. Justice Has Vanished

This morning, I raised questions about the financial criminal Chung Wen-chih(鍾文智), who has close ties with DPP legislators. He was heavily sentenced for manipulating TDR and involved in fraudulent activities that I reported two years ago. However, the case has been delayed and covered up, with no progress to date.

The passive attitude of Minister Cheng Ming-chien(鄭銘謙) is unacceptable. After the questioning session, it was reported that the court lifted Chung Wen-chih's electronic monitoring, leading to his current untraceable status. Earlier, the Taipei District Prosecutor's Office confirmed that a warrant has been issued for Chung Wen-chih, who has indeed 'vanished!'

Under the DPP administration, Chung Wen-chih is just the latest in a series of fugitive criminals. Yet, the Ministry of Justice has done nothing but issue press releases, while the Judicial Yuan(司法院) shifts all the blame to the police for failing to report anomalies. As for why Chung Wen-chih's electronic monitoring was lifted, they dare not answer at all—it’s utterly rotten to the core!

Justice has been trampled under the DPP, and fairness before the law has become a joke. This matter requires accountability. The Lai Ching-te government must give the people an explanation!"
