🔺監察院前一天(3/18)才大動作開記者會，痛批在野黨砍預算，哭窮欲聲請釋憲，隔天(3/19)卻可以發布超過3000字的新聞稿，宣布裁罰、沒入金額，顯見監察院還能運作，寧可省下買衛生紙的錢，也要處理柯文哲政治獻金案，#傾全力在對付柯文哲，背後目的不言而喻。
🔺監察院選在柯文哲3/20首次開庭前一晚公布訊息，就是在 #助攻檢察官，為北檢添加柴火，配合司法進度進行政治追殺及攻擊。
🔺監察院傾全力調查，新聞稿仍有值得一讀的地方，其中確認了過去從第三方支付平台的捐款，確實有許多錯誤登載為現金，且捐贈者與威京集團無關，更不存在外資捐贈；另外，裝潢費皆有合法憑證與給付金流，SOGO禮金確實作為員工福利用途，以上幾點皆證實，去年幾個月政論節目搭配側翼網軍輪番造謠的內容，都是不實的指控與抹黑。
🔺有關監察院認定柯文哲演唱會售票及透過木可販售競選小物皆屬政治獻金，顯與客觀事實不符，台灣民眾黨要求監察院依照同等標準，清查賴清德總統競選期間的「#賴桑小舖」及蔡英文前總統的「#小英商號」，有開立發票之收入是否依法申報政治獻金，是否有匿未申報情形，請監察院一視同仁以正視聽，否則將落入「政治辦案標準不一」的罵名，難度悠悠之口。

Yet, the very next day (March 19), they issued a 3,000-word press release announcing the fines and confiscation. This demonstrates that the Control Yuan is still operational, prioritizing the Ko Wen-je campaign contribution(政治獻金) case over basic expenses like purchasing toilet paper. The effort to target Ko Wen-je is evident and politically motivated.
🔺 The Control Yuan released this information on the eve of Ko Wen-je's first court hearing on March 20, seemingly to assist prosecutors by adding fuel to the fire and aligning with judicial progress to politically attack and suppress him.
🔺 Despite the Control Yuan's thorough investigation, the press release contains noteworthy points. It confirms that past donations through third-party payment platforms were erroneously recorded as cash, that donors were unrelated to the Core Pacific Group(威京集團), and that there were no foreign donations. Additionally, renovation expenses were supported by legal receipts and payment records, and SOGO gift money was indeed used for employee benefits. These findings debunk the false accusations and smears propagated by political talk shows and troll army over the past months.
🔺 Regarding the Control Yuan's classification of concert ticket sales and campaign merchandise sold through Muke as political donations, the TPP argues that this contradicts objective facts. They demand that the Control Yuan apply the same standards to investigate President Lai Ching-te(賴清德)'s "Lai-San Shop(賴桑小舖)" and former President Tsai Ing-wen(蔡英文)'s "Iing's goods(小英商號)" during their campaigns. They question whether revenue with issued invoices was declared as campaign finance and whether there were any undeclared amounts.
