請給柯P妥善醫療的權利！

柯文哲前主席被羈押七個月，健康已亮起紅燈，持續出現血尿、疼痛伴隨嘔吐等警訊，向來意志力極強的柯Ｐ，這次即便止痛藥已用到最強劑量，仍罕見難忍疼痛，透過律見反映病況。懇求法院顧及醫療人權，給予柯文哲妥善醫療的機會與權利！

陳佩琪醫師強調，他與柯文哲結褵35年來，柯P年年都有健檢，尿液檢查正常，沒有血尿病史，不過從去年被羈押至今，檢查報告竟出現「嚴重血尿、腎水腫、輸尿管水腫，到腎臟破壞邊緣，血尿素質超標10倍以上」等狀況。經醫學專家判斷恐為急性腎損傷，有緊急就醫需求。

不過北所礙於環境限制，只能進行基本的檢查與止痛。陳醫師也拿出北所提供的檢驗報告和就醫紀錄說明：3/17柯文哲左側腹股溝疼痛；3/20於北所內看診，醫師當時建議如身體不舒服應盡速急診。3/25，北所戒護柯文哲前往台北醫院急診就醫，接受碎石治療30分鐘，但是，血尿與嘔吐症狀仍持續。

柯P的老師，台大醫院退休內科教授謝炎堯醫師也從專業角度分析，柯文哲已忍痛三週，看過報告，發現柯過去有心臟病與心律不整問題，若有血尿肇因推測有左側腎結石、左側腎癌、主動脈剝離、左側腎動脈栓塞或血栓形成、腎靜脈阻塞等多種可能，不可輕忽，必須要有專業醫師的檢查與照顧。

「有正確的診斷，才能做正確的治療。」陳昭姿委員不捨發聲，若有醫學背景的人看到今天公布的檢查報告，就會知道問題比想像複雜。這不是單單一次戒護就醫、北所醫務室或門診可以處理的，希望能盡快安排住院檢查。

陳昭姿委員感嘆表示，「今天先不論司法人權屢遭詬病，只希望能重視最基本的醫療人權。」。

Former Chairman Ko Wen-je(柯文哲) has been detained for seven months, and his health has reached a critical point. He continues to suffer from alarming symptoms, including hematuria(blood in the urine), severe pain accompanied by vomiting, and other warning signs. Known for his strong willpower, Ko Wen-je is now enduring unbearable pain, even while on the strongest painkillers. Through legal consultations, he has reported his condition. We earnestly appeal to the court to consider medical human rights and grant Ko Wen-je the opportunity and right to receive proper medical care!

Dr.Peggy Chen(陳佩琪) emphasized that, in their 35 years of marriage, Ko Wen-je has undergone annual health check-ups, all of which showed normal urine tests with no history of hematuria. However, since his detention last year, his medical reports have indicated severe hematuria, kidney swelling, ureteral swelling, and conditions nearing kidney damage, with urea levels exceeding the standard by more than tenfold. Medical experts have determined that he may be suffering from acute kidney injury and urgently requires medical attention.

Due to the limitations of the Taipei Detention Center's medical facilities, only basic examinations and pain relief are possible. Dr. Chen also presented the detention center's medical reports: On March 17, Ko experienced pain in his left groin; on March 20, an examination at the detention center led the doctor to recommend immediate emergency care if his condition worsened. On March 25, Ko was escorted to Taipei Hospital(臺北醫院) for emergency treatment, where he underwent a 30-minute lithotripsy procedure. However, symptoms of hematuria and vomiting persist.

Dr. Ko Wen-Je's mentor, retired NTU Hospital internal medicine professor Dr. Hsieh Yen-yau(謝炎堯), analyzed the situation from a professional perspective. He noted that Ko has endured pain for three weeks, and after reviewing the reports, he found that Ko has a history of heart disease and arrhythmia. If hematuria is the cause, it could be due to left kidney stones, kidney cancer, aortic dissection, left renal artery embolism or thrombosis, renal vein obstruction, or other conditions. These issues should not be overlooked and require examination and care by a qualified physician.

"Accurate diagnosis leads to accurate treatment" said Legislator Chen Gau-tzu(陳昭姿), who spoke out with compassion. She noted that anyone with a medical background who sees the hospital inspection reports would realize the problem is more complex than initially assumed. This is not something that can be resolved with a single escorted hospital visit, the detention center's medical office, or outpatient care. She hopes for prompt arrangements for hospitalization and further examination.

Legislator Chen Gau-tzu lamented, "Today, setting aside the frequently criticized judicial human rights issues, we only hope to emphasize the most basic medical human rights."

To those authorities in power, please listen to the humble requests of the family and supporters: Grant Ko Wen-je the right to proper medical care!
