***Ko’s health declined:

Severe back pain, blood in urine 

Vomiting, kidney-related symptoms

Despite doctor’s lab work confirming serious gross hematuria, potential kidney failure

-No independent and professional medical assessment

-Government agency repeated claim that Ko is “recovering well” — contradicted by evidence

-Medical neglect, no timely care,

On strong pain relief medicine only

Violated: 

        • Medical ethics

        • Human rights 

        • Legal standards

March 28, 2025:

• Court announced another 2-month extension of Ko’s detention

• No new evidence provided

• No justification given

• Continues pattern of using pre-trial process as a tool of political punishment

Summary:

• Ko has not been convicted of any crime

• Still presumed innocent under law

• Yet subjected to:

-Prolonged detention without cause

-Fabricated accusations

-Media humiliation

-Medical neglect

-Violation of basic legal and human rights

**The pre-trial system has been weaponized to punish, weaken, and destroy.**

**Treatment so extreme — it feels like the goal is to kill the detainee or just because it’s Ko.** 

• 柯健康惡化：

-嚴重背痛、尿中帶血

-嘔吐、腎臟相關症狀

儘管醫師檢驗報告確認嚴重肉眼血尿、可能腎受損

-不允許獨立及進一步的醫療檢查

-政府機關再次聲稱柯「恢復良好」— 與事實不符。

-北所醫療照護不足，未正確處理

-僅提供止痛藥止撐

違反：

• 醫療倫理

• 人權

• 法律標準

 • 法院宣布延長柯文哲羈押2個月

 • 無提出任何新證據

 • 無給出正當理由
