#國昌質詢 當前新聞媒體假訊息充斥，主管機關NCC卻好像睡著了一樣，放任情況持續惡化。
尤有甚者，鍾小平在年代政論節目雅琴看世界與主持人還有民進黨議員一搭一唱抹黑抹黃柯文哲，迄今為止，一樣沒有人負責。
NCC代理主委坦言因為目前委員會無法組成，所以並沒有辦法依法裁罰，問題來了，提名NCC委員的權力在行政院，卓榮泰遲遲不提新人選，是想癱瘓NCC、掩護綠媒的假新聞嗎？
更可恥的是，今年總預算都還沒三讀以前，NCC就在社群發布圖卡，聲稱業務費被刪到1元，帶頭示範散布假訊息、配合民進黨的大內宣！
至於NCC說預算被刪就沒辦法打詐，更是天大的笑話！2024年1月早就已經偵結起訴的第二類電信業者提供第二類電信給詐騙集團使用的案件，NCC迄今都沒有任何行政裁罰，難道因為業者背後的靠山是前NCC委員蕭祈宏，所以動都不敢動嗎？

The current media landscape is rife with misinformation, while the regulatory authority, NCC(國家通訊傳播委員會,National Communications Commission), remains alarmingly inactive, allowing the situation to deteriorate.
In January, SET News(三立) and Formosa TV(民視) blatantly fabricated claims that the Legislative Yuan(立法院) had slashed NT$1.1 billion from the Sports Administration(體育署)'s budget. In reality, only NT$106,200 was cut—a mere 15% reduction in overseas travel expenses. When exposed, SET News hastily shifted blame to Formosa TV and DPP legislator Wu Pei-Yi(吳沛憶), a feeble and laughable excuse.
Even more outrageous was Chung Hsiao-Ping(鍾小平)'s appearance on the political talk show The View with Catherine Chang(雅琴看世界), where, alongside the host and a DPP councilor, he engaged in slander against Ko Wen-Je(柯文哲). To this day, no one has been held accountable.
The acting chairman of NCC admitted that the commission cannot impose penalties due to its inability to convene. The root of the issue? The Executive Yuan(行政院) holds the power to nominate NCC committee members. Is Cho Jung-Tai(卓榮泰) deliberately delaying nominations to paralyze the NCC and shield pro-DPP media from facing repercussions for spreading fake news?
Adding to the disgrace, before this year's general budget had even passed its third reading, NCC shared misleading graphics on social media, falsely claiming its operational expenses had been cut to NT$1—essentially engaging in the very misinformation it is meant to combat, in alignment with DPP propaganda.
As for NCC's assertion that budget cuts hinder its ability to tackle fraud, this is an absurd excuse. The case involving second-tier telecom operators providing services to fraud syndicates was already investigated and prosecuted in January 2024. Yet, NCC has taken no administrative action. Could it be that the operators' ties to former NCC commissioner Hsiao Chi-Hung(蕭祈宏) are the real reason for their inaction?
