上週，紐西蘭足協因場地安全疑慮宣布退出邀請賽，引發社會譁然，教育部部長鄭英耀在委員會答詢時斥責台灣足協丟臉，並要求體育署內部深切檢討。
體育署會進行什麼懲處，我拭目以待，然而，足協膽子為何這麼大，整天都在亂搞，體育署難辭其咎；足協積欠國腳費用、開立假的扣繳憑單，體育署竟說只要更正就好，這種消極的處置，足協怎麼可能會怕？
審計部針對體育署補助足協進行專案查核，查出包括「機票單價高於行情，獨厚特定廠商」、「發包賽事轉播費用遠高於行情，更超支達140%-200%」、「運動發展基金超支併決算數額日益龐鉅」，顯然，除了足協以外，體育署同樣應被檢討，我要求鄭部長應指派次長獨立進行調查與檢討，絕不能放任邪會繼續惡搞！

Last week, the New Zealand Football(NZF,NZ Football) withdrew from an invitational tournament due to concerns over venue safety, sparking public outrage. During a committee inquiry, Minister of Education Cheng Ying-yao(鄭英耀) criticized the Chinese Taipei Football Association(CTFA) for its disgraceful conduct and demanded an in-depth internal review by the Sports Administration(體育署).
I await the disciplinary actions the Sports Administration will take. However, why does the Football Association continue to act so recklessly? Given its ongoing mismanagement, the Sports Administration cannot escape responsibility. The Football Association has delayed payments to national players and issued falsified withholding tax certificates, yet the Sports Administration merely requests corrections. With such passive measures, how can the Football Association ever feel any deterrence?
The National Audit Office conducted a special investigation into the subsidies provided by the Sports Administration to the Football Association. The findings revealed issues such as "airfare prices exceeding market rates and favoring specific vendors," "broadcasting fees for events far surpassing market rates, with overspending reaching 140%–200%," and "the Sports Development Fund's(運動發展基金) excessive spending and increasingly bloated final accounts." Clearly, scrutiny must extend beyond the Football Association to include the Sports Administration itself.
I urge Minister Cheng to appoint a deputy minister to independently investigate and review the situation. This rogue association must not be allowed to continue its misconduct unchecked.
