就業安定基金弊案、謝宜容遭起訴

濫用就業安定基金裝潢辦公室、送禮品的前北分署長謝宜容，在連假前夕因違反貪污治罪條例、洩密遭到起訴。然而，其所涉嫌職場霸凌導致公務員身亡的惡行，卻是不起訴，讓人難以接受。

更讓人無法接受的是，同樣濫花就安基金開演唱會、拍沙龍照的前勞動部部長許銘春，迄今安然無事。辦小不辦大、遇到新潮流大尾就縱放，正是人民對台灣司法喪失信心的關鍵。

既然濫用就安基金都已因貪污起訴，我等著看勞動部什麼時候打算追回人民繳的錢，還是繼續擺爛，無恥到再拿納稅人的錢去編預算歸墊！

The former Ministry of Labor official,Hsieh Yi-jung, who misused the Employment Stability Fund for office renovations and personal gifts, has been indicted for violating the Anti-Corruption Act(貪污治罪條例) and leaking confidential information. However, it is deeply troubling that her alleged role in workplace bullying, which allegedly contributed to the death of a civil servant, has not resulted in prosecution - a fact that is hard to accept.

What is even more frustrating is that former Minister of Labor Hsu Ming-chun(許銘春), who similarly misused the Employment Stability Fund for concerts and photoshoots, has escaped any consequences. The prosecution seems focused on minor offenses while overlooking more serious ones, especially when influential figures are involved. This selective justice is a key factor eroding public trust in Taiwan's judiciary system.

Given that the misuse of the Employment Stability Fund has already led to corruption charges, many are now waiting to see when the Ministry of Labor(勞動部) will take responsibility and recover the misappropriated funds. The question remains: will the government continue to turn a blind eye, using taxpayers' money to cover the deficit without accountability?
