 • Dr. Ko begins to show signs of declining health while in detention. Appropriate medical care are delayed or ignored.

 • His physical discomfort and symptoms, including urinary issues, back pain, swollen, raise red flags — yet the system remains indifferent.

March 20, 2025

 • During pre-trial proceedings, Ko’s legal team reveals he has blood in his urine— a symptom of serious kidney complications.

 • The court, despite having no new credible evidence and acknowledging fabricated accusations, extends his detention by two more months.

March 27, 2025

 • Ko is taken to the hospital for just one hour, without notifying his attorney or family.

 • Officials immediately issue a formal public statement saying “Ko is recovering well,” without offering transparency or medical documentation.

April 2, 2025

 • Ko is sent to the hospital again at 8:00 a.m., and by 9:00 a.m., undergoes emergency surgery for severe hydronephrosis — a condition caused by prolonged obstruction and medical neglect, which risks permanent kidney damage.

 • 不久後，相關單位發布官方聲明稱「柯恢復良好」，完全未交代醫療細節或病情真實狀況。

2025年4月2日

 • 當日上午8點，柯再次被送醫，並於9點進行緊急手術，嚴重腎積水（hydronephrosis）。

 • 由於長期結石阻塞未及時治療所導致，可能造成永久性腎損傷，為延誤醫療的直接後果。

這不僅是一場司法不公，更是對一個人基本醫療權利的嚴重踐踏。
