賴清德總統上任以來，一路靠著檢調治國，司法體系似乎只剩 #姓賴保護原則，非我族類就把你弄到死！從追殺政敵柯文哲、清算異己包括鄭文燦、林岱樺、林宜瑾、陳怡君，到如今的整肅在野，誰要是敢提罷免民進黨立委的，通通抓起來！
賴清德的司法雙標，已經連演都懶得演一下。提罷免民進黨立委的國民黨青年軍，被控偽造文書，交保金額高達50萬；但是民進黨立委助理盛礎纓，涉嫌出賣6年立法院機敏資料給中國，已經獲利數百萬，最後卻是20萬元就可以交保。對，沒錯！賴清德就是讓司法告訴全台灣人民， #反對民進黨的罪比共諜賣台還嚴重。
這不是在偵查司法案件！這是國家機器在當執政黨的打手！賴清德總統用檢調機關清楚的告訴每一個台灣人民。「你不准出來罷免民進黨，只要你敢出來，你跟他們都一樣，你會出事！你家會被搜索，你可能被關，你的父母會哭，你的朋友會怕！」、「回去睡覺吧！所有罷綠領銜人，你敢出來，我就重辦你！」
回顧賴清德上任一年，如何讓司法一步步邁向專制獨裁、如何讓檢調一步步成為綠色恐怖！前民眾黨主席柯文哲在毫無金流證據的狀況之下，已經被羈押8個月，他的人權遭到嚴重侵害，這也告訴台灣人民，凡是不利賴清德選舉的，就連第三大黨主席，我照樣敢抓敢關，至於證據？至於人權？以後再說！
在黨內跟賴清德不同派系，或是有競爭可能的，大阿哥鄭文燦已經躲到海基會這樣的冷衙門，照樣被抓出來。要跟賴清德人馬競爭下一屆市長的，從高雄林岱樺、台南林宜瑾，通通都用助理費案整肅一番，連曾經力挺過陳亭妃選黨內中常委的議員陳怡君也難逃清算。賴清德利用司法製造寒蟬效應，綠共跟紅共已經沒有距離，民進黨終於成為當年他們口口聲聲要對抗要打倒的專制獨裁！
面對執政黨的政治追殺、司法打壓，台灣民眾黨不會沉默、不會退縮。這是一場關乎台灣民主價值的戰役，我們要告訴賴清德與民進黨政府：台灣不是你們的政黨私產，司法不是你們打壓人民的工具！台灣人民有權選擇自己的未來，有權監督政府，這是民主最基本的原則！當權者可以壓制少數幾個人，但壓不垮千萬個覺醒的人民，也壓不垮台灣人的良心！請你跟我們一起站出來發聲，讓我們共同守護台灣，不要讓民主繼續倒退！

Since President William Lai(賴清德) took office, he has relied heavily on judicial investigations to govern, seemingly turning the judicial system into one that operates under the principle of "Lai's protection." If you're not part of his faction, you're doomed! From targeting political opponents like Ko Wen-je(柯文哲) to purging dissenters such as Cheng Wen-tsan(鄭文燦),Lin Tai-hua(林岱樺), Lin I-chin(林宜瑾), and Chen E-jun(陳怡君)—and now cracking down on the opposition—anyone daring to propose the recall of DPP legislators is immediately arrested!
Just yesterday, the Taipei District Prosecutors Office took action, searching the six locations of Chinese Nationalist Party's(KMT) youth leaders spearheading the recall of DPP legislators Rosalia Wu(吳思瑤) and Wu Pei-yi(吳沛憶), and summoning them for questioning. Today, the New Taipei District Prosecutors Office followed suit, interrogating two leaders of the recall efforts against Su Chiao-hui(蘇巧慧) and Wu Chi-ming(吳琪銘), with reports of searches conducted at the KMT New Taipei City headquarters.
President William Lai's judicial double standards have become so blatant that he doesn't even bother to disguise them. KMT youth leaders proposing the recall of DPP legislators are accused of document forgery and face bail amounts as high as NT$500,000. Meanwhile, DPP legislative assistant Sheng Chu-ying(盛礎纓), suspected of selling six years' worth of sensitive Legislative Yuan data to China and profiting millions, was released on bail for just NT$200,000. Yes, that's right! President William Lai is using the judiciary to tell the people of Taiwan that opposing the DPP is a crime more severe than espionage and treason.
This isn't about investigating judicial cases—it's about using state machinery as the ruling party's enforcer! President William Lai is sending a clear message to every Taiwanese citizen: "You are not allowed to recall DPP legislators. If you dare, you'll face consequences—you'll be searched, you might be imprisoned, your parents will cry, and your friends will be scared!" "Go back to sleep! All recall leaders, if you dare to step forward, I'll come down hard on you!"
Looking back on William Lai's first year in office, we see how he has systematically pushed the judiciary toward authoritarianism and turned judicial investigations into tools of green terror! Former TPP Chairman Ko Wen-je has been detained for eight months without any evidence of financial misconduct, severely violating his human rights. This sends a message to the people of Taiwan: if you're detrimental to William Lai's election prospects, even the chairman of the third-largest party can be arrested and detained. Evidence? Human rights? We'll talk about that later!
Within the party, those not aligned with William Lai's faction or those with potential competition—like Cheng Wen-tsan(鄭文燦), who has retreated to the cold office of the Straits Exchange Foundation—are still being targeted. Those competing against William Lai's allies for the next mayoral race, such as Lin Tai-hua(林岱樺) in Kaohsiung and Lin I-chin(林宜瑾) in Tainan, are being purged under the guise of assistant fee cases. Even Councilor Chen E-jun(陳怡君), who once supported Chen Ting-fei's(陳亭妃) bid for the party's central committee, hasn't escaped the reckoning. William Lai is using the judiciary to create a chilling effect(寒蟬效應), blurring the lines between green communism and red communism. The DPP has finally become the authoritarian regime they once vowed to oppose and overthrow!
Faced with the ruling party's political persecution and judicial suppression, the Taiwan People's Party will not remain silent or back down. This is a battle for Taiwan's democratic values. We must tell William Lai and the DPP government: Taiwan is not your party's private property, and the judiciary is not your tool for oppressing the people! The people of Taiwan have the right to choose their future and supervise the government—this is the most fundamental principle of democracy! Those in power may suppress a few individuals, but they cannot crush millions of awakened citizens or the conscience of the Taiwanese people! Please stand with us and speak out. Let us protect Taiwan together and prevent democracy from regressing further!
