At the latest pretrial hearing, it revealed shocking abuses by the prosecution — not just legal flaws, but deliberate, coordinated political persecution.

Here’s what they exposed:

 1. S.P. Chao (one of the defendants) was threatened and coerced by Prosecutor C.Y. Lin, who told her:

“If you think you can bluff your way through, go ahead and try!”

Her firm denial of any wrongdoing — “I did nothing illegal” — was erased from the official record.

 2. C.S. Yang, a senior Taipei city official, testified that Ko followed legal procedures and that the incentives were not special favors.

Even the prosecutor agreed — but this truth was silenced, omitted from the transcript.

 3. C.S. Peng (one of the defendants) was interrogated for 4.5 hours, but only 2 hours were recorded.

He refused to confess on record.

Then, after a long unrecorded break — he suddenly gave in. Why?

The recovered audio reveals it all:

 • “You want to end up like Yu Wen?”

 • “I came here for this.”

 • “You were sold out… and didn’t even know it.”

They lied to him. Manipulated him. Broke him.

Ko’s detention has been extended until June 2, 2025.

No conviction. No justice. His health is declining. Is the ruling party trying to silence him and kill him? This is no longer a healthy justice system in a so called democratic country. This is a state-led takedown.

And we must ask: Is Taiwan still a democracy?

If prosecutors erase truth, coerce witnesses, and jail opposition leaders without trial, what democracy is left?

在最新的準備庭上，揭露了震驚社會的真相：這不只是瑕疵, 而是精心設計的政治迫害。

揭露重點如下：

 1. 趙姓（其中一位被告）遭檢察官林俊言恐嚇、逼供，甚至嗆聲：

　「你覺得可以呼攏的話，就試試看！」

　她清楚說過：「我沒有違法」，這句話卻被刻意抹去、未載入筆錄。

 2. 楊姓，台北市都發局總工程司，證實都市計畫程序合規、容積獎勵並非特權。

　就連檢察官也當場認同, 但這些證詞，被消失了。

 3. 彭副市長被訊問4.5小時，錄影錄音卻只有2小時14分。

　在錄音中他堅決否認犯行，卻在中斷錄音的一個多小時後突然改口認罪。為什麼？

重建的音檔揭示一切：

　-「你想變成余文那樣嗎？」

　-「我就是為了這個來的。」

　-「你早就被賣了，只是你不知道而已。」

他們欺騙他、操弄他、摧毀他。
