這是檢察官偵辦、還是黑道恐嚇
藉由當初偵訊錄音錄影的還原，才能充分揭示，北檢林俊言檢察官的違法濫權。
為了威逼台北市府官員硬咬柯文哲，竟然連「你如果以為按照在廉政署的說法可以呼籠過去 . . . 我們就來試試看！」
更可恥的是，這些內容完全沒有呈現在筆錄上！結果心虛的檢察官，今天當庭還堅持沒有必要勘驗光碟！
台灣的司法，何時墮落至如此不堪的境地？！

Is this the work of a prosecutor seeking justice—or the intimidation tactics of organized crime?
The restoration of the original interrogation recordings has laid bare a deeply troubling truth: Prosecutor Lin Chun-yen(林俊言) of the Taipei District Prosecutors Office has flagrantly abused his authority. In a blatant attempt to coerce officials from the Taipei City Government into implicating Ko Wen-je(柯文哲), he went so far as to issue a chilling threat:
"If you think you can get away with the statements made at the Agency Against Corruption(廉政署)... don't you dare."
Is this the conduct of a public servant dedicated to uncovering the truth, or the behavior of a gangster using fear and manipulation to achieve his ends?
What's even more appalling is the systemic effort to cover it up. These damning exchanges were completely omitted from the official records. And now, in a courtroom that should be a bastion of justice, the very same prosecutor dares to claim there's no need to review the video evidence—as if the truth is too inconvenient to confront.
When did Taiwan's judiciary descend into such a state? When did prosecutors begin to mirror the very criminals they are meant to prosecute?
