全民注意！綠友友權貴們又開始蠢蠢欲動，要啃食你我血汗錢，大發「國難財」！

美國總統川普宣布開徵高 #關稅，都已經經過半個多月，賴清德政府的因應措施，除了到處開座談會，擺擺樣子傾聽產業心聲；就是虛張聲勢不斷吹噓對美談判已經「掛上號」，但是負責帶隊的行政院副院長 鄭麗君，人一步都還沒踏出國門。

因為無能，所以擺爛吹牛也就算了；可惡的是，就在今天 卓榮泰 院長所率領的內閣團隊，在完全沒有先和在野黨溝通、告知，相關部門官員也一無所知的情況下，搞突襲、搞偷渡提出一份要豪擲4100億元的《因應國際情勢強化經濟社會及國土安全韌性特別條例》草案！

不只金額巨大、連條例名稱都寫得落落長！看似剎有其事，卻是包藏禍心！表面上說是要因應美國關稅政策衝擊，但實際投入要扶助產業與勞工的預算，僅僅930億元、僅占比22.7%！更讓人民覺得悲涼的是，一開始行政院提出來要砸880億元救產業，前後相比僅僅多了50億元；一開始被罵錢太少，行政院索性略施小惠，難道還要全民對他們叩首致謝？

更離譜荒唐的還在後頭！扣掉22.7%後還有77.3%、高達3170億元又要做什麼呢？真相是全部被拿去補回之前，被在野黨監督刪除的114年中央政府總預算，大玩「借屍還魂」戲碼，愚弄全民。

包括：撥補台電公司虧損1000億元；一大堆本該由既定公務預算來支應的計畫，像是前兩年已經通過強化海空戰力提升計畫預算；以及補助勞健保、扶持弱勢等等。更可怕的是，又出現類似 #抗中保台 、 #愛台灣 的「強化國土安全韌性」口號式空洞計畫，要價1500億元。

行政院簡直把國會和全民當成笨蛋！關稅戰和勞健保有何關係？又和國土安全和國軍戰力有何關係？又和連年虧損的台電及錯誤的能源政策有何關係？賴清德政府不會反省檢討，拿不出具體解方，唯一會做的就是砸錢！用關稅戰搞預算 #大偷渡 ，混淆視聽變成 #大雜燴 ，再向全民 #大敲詐 ，賴清德政府權貴們心中想的，只有撈錢分贓的好康又來了！

#台灣民眾黨立法院黨團 向全民承諾，會嚴格監督每一塊錢，力挺產業度過難關；但是那一筆撥補台電的1000億元，誓言反對到底。我們也可以預期，如果在野黨提出反對意見，民進黨排山倒海的 #抹紅 、抹黑伎倆，又將傾巢而出。

難道搞了半天，又是為了 #大罷免 ？

Translation:

Attention, fellow citizens!

Once again, the pan-green coalition is poised to siphon off our hard-earned money under the pretense of addressing a national crisis. Their real motive?

Profit and political opportunism.

It has been over two weeks since U.S. President Trump announced steep tariffs. Yet, what has President William Lai's administration done in response? Aside from organizing hollow forums to "listen" to industry concerns and making vague claims that negotiations with the U.S. are "on track," there has been no tangible progress. Vice Premier Cheng Li-chun(鄭麗君), tasked with leading the delegation, has yet to even leave the country.

If their inaction weren't frustrating enough, today's developments are outright outrageous. Premier Cho Jung-tai(卓榮泰) and his cabinet, without prior consultation with opposition parties or relevant departments, have unilaterally introduced a draft of bill titled "Special Act for Strengthening Economic, Social, and National Security Resilience in Response to International Circumstances" (因應國際情勢強化經濟社會及國土安全韌性特別條例)" The proposed budget? A staggering NT$410 billion.

Let's call it what it is: a deceptive maneuver cloaked in bureaucratic jargon. Although the act claims to address the fallout from U.S. tariffs, only NT$93 billion—a mere 22.7%—is earmarked for direct support to industries and workers. Originally, the Executive Yuan proposed just NT$88 billion for industry relief. Following public backlash, they shamelessly added a paltry NT$5 billion, as if the public should applaud such tokenism.

The real scandal lies in the remaining NT$317 billion—77.3% of the budget—which is being funneled into resurrecting items previously slashed from the central government's 2025 budget. This is nothing less than a budget laundering scheme, exploiting a national crisis to force through unrelated expenditures.

These include:

NT$100 billion to cover the staggering losses of Taiwan Power Co.(Taipower);

Funding for defense projects approved two years ago;

Subsidies for labor and health insurance;

Support for vulnerable groups, which, while necessary, should be part of the regular budget—not hidden in an emergency response package;

Vague, slogan-driven programs like "Strengthening National Security Resilience" with an eye-watering price tag of NT$150 billion.

What do these have to do with U.S. tariffs? Absolutely nothing. Yet, the Executive Yuan treats both the Legislative Yuan and the public with contempt, pushing through a bloated, misdirected budget with no transparency or accountability.

This is a reckless misuse of public funds, a blatant act of political opportunism, and a direct insult to the intelligence of the Taiwanese people.

The Taiwan People's Party Legislative Caucus stands firm. We pledge to scrutinize every dollar, ensure genuine support reaches our industries and workers, and categorically oppose the NT$100 billion allocation to the mismanaged Taiwan Power Co.(Taipower).

We anticipate the usual smear tactics from the Democratic Progressive Party(DPP), including red-tagging and vilification of anyone who dares oppose their scheme.

If this is all a ploy to distract, deceive, and divide, then the people must ask: Is this merely a prelude to a grand recall?

行政院提出《因應國際情勢強化經濟社會及國土安全韌性特別條例》草案，表面上說是因應 #美國關稅 政策，但扶助產業與勞工部分只有22.7%，其他的都在偷渡民進黨，包括被刪掉的1000億台電撥補預算，還有其他本來在公務預算、特別預算裡面有編過卻被刪除的預算。民眾黨立委 黃國昌 傻眼，行政院長 #卓榮泰 如此不負責任，到底是把國會還是人民當笨蛋？ 

黃珊珊 也說這波關稅，美方立場很清楚，就是要開放台灣市場、擴大對美投資與採購、降低貿易差額，但很遺憾特別條例4100億，卻沒把未來與美談判的內容，包括國防預算、擴大對美採購等放入。特別條例許多內容都是公務預算早就在作的事，而應對關稅的部分只有930億，這才是最大的問題。
