今天立法院審查國家安全法修法，所有人都清楚，中共是對我國國家安全造成最大威脅的國家，我詢問行政院的政策立場，比起一般的外國，是否贊成洩密給中共應該加重處罰？

一如預期，作為行政院的代表，國土安全辦公室主任認為，還需要再研議。然而，法務部次長黃世杰、陸委會副主委梁文傑都說，個人身分贊同，我必須提醒，在第九屆修《國家機密保護法》及《國家安全法》時，從邱太三部長到柯建銘總召是一路反對到底，希望民進黨政府的抗中保台別說一套做一套！

此外，綠色共諜橫行府院黨都淪陷，更離譜的是，前外交部長吳釗燮心腹何仁傑、賴清德副總統辦公室諮議吳尚羽竟然都未依法辦理特殊查核，該辦特殊查核卻未辦，竟也沒有任何處罰，實為國家安全重大漏洞！

令人憤怒的是，今天列席的官員，無人敢表達具體立場，難道違法不辦特殊查核，最後洩密給共匪，都不用追究責任？

Today, the Legislative Yuan convened to review proposed amendments to the National Security Act(國家安全法). It is widely recognized that the Chinese Communist Party(CCP) poses the most significant threat to our national security. Accordingly, I posed a direct question to the Executive Yuan: does it support imposing harsher penalties for leaking state secrets to the CCP compared to other foreign actors?

As expected, the Director of the Homeland Security Office, speaking on behalf of the Executive Yuan, deferred to "further deliberation." However, Deputy Minister of Justice Huang Shih-chieh(黃世杰) and Deputy Minister of the Mainland Affairs Council Liang Wen-chieh(梁文傑) personally expressed support for the proposal.It is worth recalling that during the ninth legislature, amendments were made to the National Security Information Protection Act(國家機密保護法) and the National Security Act(國家安全法), then-Minister of Justice Chiu Tai-san(邱太三) and Democratic Progressive Party(DPP) caucus whip Ker Chien-ming(柯建銘) were among the most vocal opponents. I urge the Democratic Progressive Party administration not to undermine its professed "anti-CCP, pro-Taiwan(抗中保台)" stance with contradictory actions.

Even more alarming is the reported infiltration of green-leaning spies within the government, including the Presidential Office and the DPP itself. Of particular concern is the failure to subject key figures—such as Ho Jen-chieh(何仁傑), a long-time close associate of former Minister of Foreign Affairs Joseph Wu(吳釗燮), and Wu Shang-yu(吳尚雨), an advisor to then-Vice President William Lai(賴清德)—to mandatory special security checks. These oversight measures were entirely bypassed, with no subsequent investigations or consequences, exposing a grave vulnerability in our national security apparatus.

What is truly infuriating is the absence of a definitive response from any officials present. Does this silence suggest that ignoring mandated security protocols—and potentially facilitating the leakage of sensitive information to the CCP—will go unpunished? The people of Taiwan deserve clear answers and decisive action. National security must never be compromised for political expediency.
