臺灣不僅遭聯合國報告點名為跨國詐欺集團據點，更令人難過的是，報告於Taiwan後方直接標明POC，如此嚴重矮化臺灣，法務部長鄭銘謙在詢答過程中竟然說詞反覆，一開始還不敢表達嚴正立場，氣極敗壞地稱「何必問我」，讓人不敢置信。

聯合國報告也指出，BG1跨國犯罪集團於臺灣設立許多非法的紙上公司，並與臺灣黑幫有合作關係，我國國際形象受到嚴重傷害，檢調單位有做任何瞭解嗎？為何今天法務部、調查局報告隻字未提？

此外，《公益揭弊者保護法》將於今年七月正式施行，法務部準備好了嗎？我接獲檢舉，有民眾向廉政署檢舉警政署保二總隊成員浮報加班費，沒想到廉政署竟以公文洩漏檢舉人身分予保二總隊，可以這樣出賣吹哨者？

Taiwan was recently named in a United Nations report as a hub for transnational fraud syndicates—a deeply concerning designation. Even more disheartening is the report's reference to "POC"(Province of China) following "Taiwan," effectively undermining Taiwan's international status and sovereignty.

During a subsequent legislative inquiry, Minister of Justice Cheng Ming-chien(鄭銘謙) provided inconsistent responses. Initially reluctant to take a firm stance, he later, in a moment of visible frustration, retorted, "Why ask me?" —a dismissive reply that has sparked widespread disbelief and public concern.

The same UN(UNODC) report highlights the Business Group 1(BG1) transnational crime syndicate's operations in Taiwan, including the establishment of numerous shell companies and ties to local organized crime groups—activities that have severely tarnished Taiwan's global reputation. Have our investigative authorities launched a formal probe into these allegations? If so, why were these issues conspicuously absent from the reports issued today by the Ministry of Justice and the Investigation Bureau?

Equally troubling is the apparent unpreparedness for the imminent implementation of the Act Protecting Anti-corruption Informants(公益揭弊者保護法案), set to take effect this July. I have received credible reports that a citizen who filed a complaint with the Agency Against Corruption(法務部廉政署)—alleging fraudulent overtime claims by members of the National Police Agency's Second Special Police Corps—was betrayed when the agency disclosed the whistleblower's identity to the very unit under investigation through official correspondence. How can such a blatant breach of confidentiality be tolerated in a system that claims to protect truth-tellers?
