首先，我先詢問去年涉入霸凌案的衛福部長照司長祝健芳，是否還有逼迫下屬深蹲、伏地挺身？司長說，皆已停止。我也要求司長承諾未來不能再發生。

自2021年起，進口豬肉萊克多巴胺殘留容許量為0.01ppm，一方面衛福部宣稱，0.01ppm為客觀可接受之風險，無證據對人體產生危害。然而，我國國內養豬卻全面禁止使用萊克多巴胺，一個國家、兩套標準原因為何？

結果，衛福部的官員通篇官話、打高空，不敢正面回答問題。打開天窗說亮話，全面禁止臺灣豬使用萊克多巴胺，無非是讓消費者安心，確保國人安全與健康。

目前國內國外牛豬皆採原產地標示，我詢問衛福部長邱泰源，此一標示是否會堅持？若美國認為是非關稅壁壘，衛福部立場是否會鬆動？遺憾的是，邱部長始終不敢正面表態，過去臺灣人曾因為國際經貿情勢而讓步，若連原產地標示都不堅持，人民如何相信政府會守護國人食安？

Translation:

I first questioned Department of Long-Term Care head Chu Chien-fang(祝健芳) regarding the bullying incident she was involved in last year. Specifically, I asked whether she was still compelling subordinates to perform deep squats and push-ups. Department Head Chu responded that such practices had ceased. I further requested formal assurance that no such incidents would recur in the future.

Since 2021, Taiwan has permitted imported pork to contain ractopamine residues up to 0.01 ppm. The Ministry of Health and Welfare maintains that this level represents an objectively acceptable risk and that there is no scientific evidence indicating harm to human health. However, the use of ractopamine is entirely banned in domestic pig farming. This raises a fundamental question: Why does the same country enforce two different standards?

As anticipated, Ministry officials responded with bureaucratic platitudes and evasive remarks, sidestepping the core issues. In truth, the domestic ban on ractopamine is a policy designed to reassure consumers and demonstrate a commitment to public health and food safety.

Currently, both domestically produced and imported beef and pork are required to carry country-of-origin labeling. I asked Minister Chiu Tai-yuan(邱泰源) whether this labeling policy would remain in place. If the United States were to challenge it as a non-tariff barrier, would the Ministry compromise? Regrettably, Minister Chiu declined to provide a definitive answer. Taiwan has, in the past, yielded to international trade pressures. If even the basic measure of country-of-origin labeling cannot be guaranteed, how can the public trust the government's ability to uphold food safety?
