積極活化國有財產，不僅是全體國人的期待，更是財政部及國有財產署歷次宣示的方向。然而，我接獲民眾陳情，國產署持有之雲林北港台汽客運大樓長年處於廢墟狀態，但地方政府提出各式開發構想，國產署均不同意，閒置至今已達28年。

我不願介入地方政府與國產署之間的爭執，更不願揣測國產署是否有其他政治考量在卡地方，但我必須反映當地居民的心聲，台汽客運大樓實在廢棄閒置過久，完全對不起北港人，我要求國產署好好檢討，別再讓國有財產繼續處於廢墟狀態。

另外，我也接獲公務員向我投訴，陽明山馬槽花藝村溫泉業者長年非法接溫泉水、竊佔國有土地，至今已違反《溫泉法》及《水利法》遭裁罰高達19次，當地非法溫泉業者都早已拆除，但馬槽花藝村溫泉業者後台特別硬沒人敢動，甚至國產署還接受民代關說打算把地租給非法業者。

今天國產署長曾國基改變態度，回答說陽管處會執行斷水斷電，我要求國產署要站穩立場，不要因為有大咖撐腰就放水。

Translation:

The active revitalization of national property is not only a shared aspiration of our citizens but also a commitment repeatedly emphasized by both the Ministry of Finance and the National Property Administration(財政部國有財產署). However, I continue to receive public complaints about the long-abandoned Taiwan Motor Transport(臺灣汽車客運) Building in Beigang(北港), Yunlin. Despite multiple development proposals submitted by the local government over the years, all have been rejected by the National Property Administration, leaving the site derelict for nearly 28 years.

While I have no intention of intervening in disputes between local authorities and the National Property Administration—nor do I wish to speculate on whether political considerations are impeding local development—I must convey the deep frustration of Beigang residents. This decaying structure has become a blight on the community, an eyesore that undermines local pride and stifles growth. I strongly urge the National Property Administration to conduct a comprehensive review of this case and take immediate action to prevent further neglect of valuable national assets.

Moreover, I have received serious complaints from civil servants regarding the illegal operations of the Manger Flower Village(馬槽花藝村) hot spring business in Yangmingshan. For years, this establishment has unlawfully siphoned hot spring water and occupied national land, in clear violation of the Spa Law(溫泉法) and the Water Act(水利法). Despite receiving 19 fines, the business continues to operate, raising concerns about unequal enforcement. While other illegal operations in the area have been rightfully dismantled, Manger Flower Village appears to benefit from powerful backing, which has hindered necessary enforcement actions. Disturbingly, there are reports that the National Property Administration has even considered leasing public land to this business despite its flagrant violations.

I acknowledge Director Tseng Kuo-chi(曾國基)'s recent statement that the Yangmingshan National Park Headquarters(陽明山國家公園管理處) will cut off water and electricity to the premises. However, I must emphasize that enforcement must not be swayed by external influence. The National Property Administration must adopt a firm, impartial stance and ensure that national resources are managed with integrity and in accordance with the law.
