我不斷追蹤民進黨新潮流大佬吳乃仁擔任台糖董事長時賤賣台糖土地弊案後欠國家高達1.7億追償的情形，吳乃仁出入豪奢，卻遲遲不還錢，基本的公平正義蕩然無存！

今天，經濟部國營司司長表示，由於3月25日台中地院要求吳乃仁依《強制執行法》據實報告財產狀況，吳乃仁卻連理都不理，所以4月24日台糖再發函要求吳乃仁還錢後，已在4月30日向法院聲請管收吳乃仁，目前尚未裁定，我也會持續追蹤下去。

今年3月24日，我在經濟委員會揭露陽明山國家公園內的馬槽一號井井噴，地礦中心承諾說要封井，為此，我也到了現場實際了解情形；然而，兩個月過去，卻還是有測到13ppm的有毒物硫化氫，我要求地礦中心儘速完成處理，不能置當地居民及遊客的健康安全於不顧。

I have been closely monitoring the case of Wu Nai-jen(吳乃仁), a senior figure in the New Tide faction(新潮流) of the Democratic Progressive Party(DPP), regarding a scandal involving the sale of Taiwan Sugar Corporation(Taisugar) land at unfairly low prices during his tenure as chairman. As a result, he owes the nation NT$170 million in compensation. Despite his evidently luxurious lifestyle, Wu has not settled this debt, undermining the principles of fairness and justice.

In a recent statement, the Director of the State-owned Enterprise Commission under the Ministry of Economic Affairs revealed that, following a ruling by the Taichung District Court on March 25, Wu was required to report his assets under the compulsory execution act(強制執行法). However, he has blatantly ignored this order. In response, Taisugar issued another demand for repayment on April 24. On April 30, Taisugar filed a request for Wu's detention with the court. A decision is still pending, but I will continue to monitor developments closely.

Additionally, on March 24 this year, I raised concerns during a meeting of the Economics Committee about the eruption of Matsao-1 well(馬槽一號井) in Yangmingshan National Park. Despite assurances from the Geological Survey and Mining Management Agency to seal the well, I personally visited the site to assess the situation. Two months have passed, and toxic hydrogen sulfide(硫化氫) continues to be detected at a concentration of 13 ppm. I strongly urge the Geological Survey and Mining Management Agency to expedite the sealing process and prioritize the health and safety of local residents and visitors.
