殘忍虐童悲劇一再發生，引發社會強烈憤怒，政府到底做了什麼？有將近14萬的公民連署加重虐童刑責，第一時間法務部卻說「不予採納」，直到被罵翻才改口「研議中」，那到底何時要提出版本？

今天法務部長鄭銘謙一再跳針稱，明天要開研修草案的會議。甚至，法務部把各委員提出的版本都罵了一遍，但法務部卻提不出版本，如此怠惰，真的讓人聽不下去！

我也收到憤怒的爸媽陳情，要求廢除113年憲判字第8號「死刑一致決」要求，面對自己擴權的大法官，到底該怎麼辦？還是即使人民有多不滿，都是大法官說的算？

司法院副秘書長王梅英僅說，尊重大法官的解釋。從憲法法庭判決出來，我就一直問，有哪一國的立法例對處死刑有如此高的要求？司法院至今回答不出來，希望參與113年憲判字第8號的大法官，拿出憲法守護者的精神，好好出來跟人民解釋清楚！

Nearly 140,000 citizens signed a petition demanding harsher penalties for child abuse, yet the Ministry of Justice initially rejected the proposal.Only after receiving widespread criticism did they shift their stance to deliberate and discuss." When will they actually propose a draft?

Today, Minister of Justice Cheng Ming-chien(鄭銘謙) repeatedly stated that a meeting will be held tomorrow to discuss amendments to the draft. However, the Ministry of Justice has criticized versions submitted by various committee members while failing to present its own. Such inertia is truly unacceptable!

I have also received petitions from outraged parents demanding the abolition of the "death penalty unanimity ruling" in Taiwan Constitutional Court Judgment 113-Hsien-Pan-8. With the Justices' expanded powers, what can be done? Does public dissatisfaction matter, or do the Justices have the final say?

Deputy Secretary-General of the Judicial Yuan Wang Mei-ying(王梅英) merely stated that they respect the Justices' interpretation. Since the Constitutional Court's ruling, I have repeatedly asked: In which country does legislation impose such stringent requirements for the death penalty? The Judicial Yuan has yet to provide an answer. I urge the Justices who participated in interpretation of TCC Judgment 113-Hsien-Pan-8 to uphold the spirit of constitutional guardianship and clearly explain this to the public!
