今天立法院進行「如何落實清廉政府」報告，法務部於報告中大剌剌提及，推動揭弊者保護法，明明是在野黨三讀通過法案，行政部門連草案都送不出來，法務部還有臉搶功勞？真的丟人現眼！
更離譜的是，公務機關根本也沒有保護吹哨者的意識。我先前已質詢，有民眾向廉政署檢舉警政署保二總隊成員浮報加班費，竟洩漏吹哨者身分由保二總隊回函給檢舉人，這真的有在保護吹哨者？我要求法務部與警政署檢討並依法究責。
另外，監察院公務車遭違法濫用，引發社會強烈批評！事實上，李俊俋還在當立委時，就曾批評監察院公務車使用浪費，結果高升監察院秘書長後，竟然用公務車送愛犬去做美容！還不僅如此，蘇麗瓊監委搭公務車看牙醫、林郁容監委搭公務車接送親友，這明顯犯罪行為，北檢要辦嗎？
可恥的是，鄭銘謙部長完全不敢回答是否構成犯罪，過去雲林消防局長戴天星、臺南市府民族事務委員會主委汪志敏都曾因違法使用公務車遭判刑，我希望檢調依法偵辦，別遇到綠色的監委就軟趴趴！

The Legislative Yuan is conducting a report on How to Implement a Clean Government today. The Ministry of Justice has boldly claimed credit for promoting the Act Protecting Anti-corruption Informants(公益揭弊者保護法案) in its report. However, this bill was passed in its third reading by the opposition party, while the executive branch has yet to submit even a draft. How can the Ministry of Justice shamelessly take credit? This is utterly disgraceful!
Even more outrageous is the complete lack of awareness among government agencies regarding whistleblower protection. I previously raised concerns about this issue: when a citizen reported to the Agency Against Corruption(法務部廉政署) that members of the National Police Agency's Second Special Police Corps were inflating their overtime pay, the agency leaked the whistleblower's identity, and the Second Special Police Corps contacted the whistleblower directly. Is this what protecting whistleblowers looks like? I demand that the Ministry of Justice and the National Police Agency(警政署) investigate this matter thoroughly and hold those responsible accountable under the law.
Furthermore, the misuse of a government vehicle by the Control Yuan(監察院) has sparked widespread public outrage! When Control Yuan Secretary-General Lee Chun-yi(李俊俋) was a legislator, he criticized the wasteful use of the Control Yuan's government vehicles. Yet, after becoming Secretary-General of the Control Yuan, he used a government vehicle to take his pet dog for grooming! The hypocrisy doesn't end there—Control Yuan member Su Li-chiung (蘇麗瓊) used an official car to visit the dentist, and Lin Yu-jung(林郁容) used one to pick up and drop off family members. These are blatant criminal acts—will the Taipei District Prosecutors Office take action?
Shamefully, Minister Cheng Ming-chien(鄭銘謙) has dodged questions about whether these acts constitute crimes. In the past, Yunlin Fire Department Commissioner Tai Tienh-sing(戴天星) and Minister of Tainan City Government Indigenous Peoples Affairs Commission Wang Chi-min(汪志敏) were convicted for illegally using government vehicles. I urge the prosecutors to investigate thoroughly and enforce the law without bias—don't go soft just because the offenders are affiliated with the ruling party!
