府院黨遭綠色共諜滲透，現任國安會秘書長、前外交部長吳釗燮心腹何仁傑淪為共諜，遭起訴求處重刑，其所洩漏的機密對於我國外交傷害為何？既然外交部長林佳龍坦承傷害大，吳釗燮要負起政治責任嗎？

林佳龍部長說，政治責任由政務官自己判斷，要問吳釗燮。但司法及法制委員會已經數次邀請吳釗至立法院，但吳釗燮理都不理、不來就是不來，彷彿全臺灣沒有人可以管到吳釗燮，造成如此大的國安破口，還有臉賴在位置上，真的是無恥至極！

事實上，2022年，因為外交電報頻外洩，導致美國的不信任，時任駐美代表蕭美琴就非常生氣，當時有媒體評論認為，蕭美琴應該火大的對象為時任外交部長的吳釗燮。共諜案起訴書已把洩密的資料詳細列出，外交部應好好修補外交關係及改革制度。

Chinese espionage operations involving former Democratic Progressive Party(DPP) members have infiltrated Taiwan's government and ruling party. Ho Jen-chieh(何仁傑), a close aide of National Security Council Secretary-General and former Foreign Minister Joseph Wu(吳釗燮), has been indicted for espionage, with prosecutors demanding severe punishment. The critical question is: what damage has the leaked classified information inflicted on Taiwan's diplomatic standing? Foreign Minister Lin Chia-lung(林佳龍) has admitted the damage is "significant," raising the question of whether Joseph Wu bears political responsibility.

Minister Lin has stated that political accountability is a matter for individual officials to address, directing reporters to "ask" Joseph Wu.  However, Wu has repeatedly refused to testify before the Legislative Yuan's Judiciary and Organic Laws Committee(司法及法制委員會), despite multiple summons. His disregard for legislative oversight, especially after presiding over such a grave national security breach, reflects arrogance and a lack of political accountability.

As early as 2022, repeated leaks of diplomatic cables eroded trust from the United States. Then-Representative to the U.S. Hsiao Bi-khim(蕭美琴) was reportedly furious over the breaches, with contemporaneous media commentary arguing her anger should have been directed at then-Foreign Minister Wu. The espionage indictment now details the scope and content of the compromised classified information. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs must take immediate steps to repair Taiwan's international relationships and overhaul its internal security protocols to prevent future breaches.
